Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and versatile professional to provide remote support services. This role is ideal for proactive professionals who excel at managing various tasks, from administrative duties to in-depth research and customer/executive support.

This includes coordinating schedules, managing calendars, organizing digital files, handling email correspondence, data entry, and creating reports. Additionally, we require individuals who can conduct online/offline research, compile information, and prepare comprehensive reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, organizing files, handling email correspondence, data entry, and creating reports.
  • Research: Conducting online and offline research, compiling information, and preparing detailed reports
  • Customer Support: Responding to customer inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving issues promptly
  • Communication Management: Screening, prioritizing, and responding to emails and other communications on behalf of the client
  • Other: May be asked to assist with diverse aspects of the business as needed
Ideal Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Executive Assistant to a business owner
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Responsible and takes ownership of deliverables to clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Property Management or Real Estate experience is a significant advantage
