We are seeking a skilled and organized Virtual Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support remotely to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Management: Manage emails, including database mining and sending nurturing messages.
  • Scheduling: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Document Management: Prepare and organize documents such as reports, memos, and office files.
  • Research: Conduct resume sourcing and mining, add customer records to the database, and suggest networking opportunities.
  • Social Media: Create content, schedule posts, engage with audiences, and track performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Provide client support by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and tracking opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, basic accounting, territory checks, and customer contracts.
  • Special Projects/Project Management: Assist in report preparation and project coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
  • Experience as a virtual assistant or remote role.
  • At least one year of experience in lead generation and appointment setting for international clients.
  • Able to qualify and prioritize leads effectively.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft 365, G-Suite, Canva, Zoom, Dropbox, Asana, Calendly, Doodle, Skype, Slack, Trello, Adobe Acrobat, LastPass, LinkedIn, CRM experience, and AI tools.
  • Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to varying communication styles and priorities.
