We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and possess strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Transcription Services: Capture key points from live or recorded calls to ensure seamless client interactions.
- Call Preparation: Organize daily call lists and agendas to facilitate efficient client engagement.
- Schedule Coordination: Manage meeting schedules, including adjustments, cancellations, and time zone considerations.
- Report Management: Compile insightful reports on key metrics and performance indicators.
- File Organization: Maintain organized virtual files and ensure easy accessibility.
- Administrative Support: Provide email correspondence, calendar appointments, and other operational tasks efficiently.
- Relationship Building: Foster trust and collaboration with clients through effective communication.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrate a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Technical Requirements:
- Intel Core i3 (6th-12th gen), i5, i7, or AMD equivalent.
- 8GB RAM, 60GB free hard disk space.
- Windows or Mac operating system.
- 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection.
