
Business Growth Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive our sales initiatives. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and expanding our market presence.
- Review brands starting the sign-up process and their profiles.
- Welcome new clients on the phone, addressing questions, handling objections, and clarifying our value proposition.
- Understand client needs, manage expectations, and educate them on our product.
- Qualify suitable plans for brands and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Set expectations for best practices and required actions to maximize tracking, content, promotion, and commission.
- Manage Salesforce records, set up communication flows, and provide feedback to internal teams.
A successful candidate will have experience in business development or sales, preferably in tech or SaaS. You should have a proactive approach, strong communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), and excellent English language skills.
