Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing clerical work in reviewing, processing, and maintaining basic accounting documents.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Data Entry Specialist, with strong computer and business solutions software skills. They must also possess excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

In this role, you will work directly with office staff and assist with multiple and varied tasks. You will be responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely payment of subcontractors, as well as reviewing invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before payment.

You will also enter invoices in a timely and accurate manner daily, with proper approvals. Additionally, you will process purchase order invoices and act as a primary contact between internal and external customers to resolve issues that arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3+ years of clerical experience as a Data Entry Specialist.
  • Basic data entry skills, proficiency in E360 platform.
  • Strong computer and business solutions software skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Able to perform accurate computations and verification of data.
