Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience (experience in an academic setting is an advantage).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Customer-service oriented with a professional demeanor.
Position Summary:
The Admission Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Admissions Office by assisting in the processing of student applications, maintaining accurate admission records, coordinating with applicants, parents, and other departments, and ensuring smooth operations related to student enrollment. The role contributes to delivering efficient admission services and promoting the university's policies, standards, and values.
