Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for partnering with senior leadership to drive business outcomes through effective people management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to senior leaders and employees
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes and programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training and development programs
  • Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in an HR business partnership role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive business results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and employees at all levels
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR systems, policies, and procedures
