Senior Human Resources Manager Role

The company is looking for a seasoned professional to fill this critical position. As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to the HR team in various areas.

This is a full-time remote role that offers a competitive compensation package, unlimited vacation time, ongoing education and training opportunities, and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the HR functions for clients, reviewing and monitoring policies, processes, systems, and initiatives
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and dispute resolutions
  • Align HR initiatives and people strategy with business needs, supporting employee and leadership development, and developing succession plans for key positions
  • Build relationships as a trusted HR advisor to key client stakeholders, participating in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making
  • Proactively identify trends and propose actions related to employee engagement and organizational culture
  • Develop new HR policies or review existing ones to stay dynamic and agile in response to changing business conditions and work environments
  • Leverage technology and HRIS to streamline workflow and increase productivity
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in managing a diverse HR team
  • Enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge, opportunities, and experiences
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices, with a deep understanding of benefits administration
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Additional Information:

HR certification is preferred, as well as experience working in a public accounting or professional services firm. Multi-state and/or site support experience is also beneficial.
