Human Resources Generalist Role\

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our organization and support our HR-related duties on a professional level. The successful candidate will work closely with the Human Resources Manager and VP of HR in supporting our HR function.

This role involves carrying out responsibilities in supporting various functional areas, including:

  • Benefits administration;\
  • Employee relations;\
  • Training maintenance and assistance;\
  • Performance management;\
  • Onboarding;\
  • Policy implementation;\
  • Recruitment;\
  • Diversity and inclusion initiatives;\
  • Help define and improve our work culture and employment law compliance.\
  • Implement human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health, and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations.\
  • Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.\
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.\
  • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.\
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies.\
  • Organize hard and soft copies of employee records.\
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations.\
  • Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees' experience.\
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to questions regarding onboarding, taxes, benefits, and other HR-related matters.\
  • Educate employees on HR processes and policies.\
