Quality Customer Service Ambassador

We seek an organized and enthusiastic individual to provide quality customer support in Asia. The ideal candidate is proactive, team-oriented, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer support through timely responses to inquiries and effective issue resolution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external and internal customers, handling order processing, status updates, and quote requests.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
- Offer basic technical guidance and recommend products to meet customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding customer-sensitive matters.
- Maintain established departmental KPIs and contribute to the growth of the organization.
- Support accounts receivable by investigating disputed payments and processing credit memos when required.
- Resolve discrepancies related to quotes or purchase orders for all customer transactions.
- Process routine returns, quality returns, and annual stock returns.
- Monitor key accounts, proactively addressing late orders, issuing credits, and filing complaints as needed.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and solicit feedback to enhance service delivery.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Experience with SAP is an asset.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing industry background is preferred, along with 3-5 years of customer support experience. Product knowledge and industry expertise with metal-cutting tools are beneficial but not essential. You will be an effective multitasker, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
