Portfolio Manager Job Summary

The Portfolio Manager is crucial for the success of our properties. He/She must be proactive, organized, and manage as if they are the property owner, treating everyone with honesty, respect, and kindness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Management
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors.
    • New Client Onboarding Process
    • Set up new properties in software platforms and keep new Property Owners informed and confident in our ability to manage their properties.
      • Lease Renewal Coordination
      • Detailed tracking and management of renewals to ensure minimum vacancy.
        • Maintenance Oversight
        • Oversee vendors, assign work, obtain approval, and ensure successful completion and billing.
          • Tenant Relationship Management
          • Coordinate tenant move-in, rent collection, posting of late notices and other notices, lease enforcement, and tenant move-out.
            • Social Media Content Creation
            • Assist in creating and posting content on various social media platforms.
              • Additional Tasks
              • May be asked to help with different aspects of the business as needed, which may include - refining new processes, and brainstorming solutions
              Ideal Qualifications
              • At least 1 year of Customer Service experience, preferably within a BPO environment
              • Able to work with minimal supervision
              • Responsible and takes ownership of deliverables to clients
              • Able to handle multiple clients at the same time
              • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
