Project Finance Manager

This critical role plays a pivotal part in developing and refining financial models for portfolios, meeting investor reporting requirements, and overseeing client assets. You will collaborate closely with various teams to drive growth and development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and enhancing portfolio-level financial models to inform budgets and reforecasts.
  • Producing project level budget to actual variance analysis and communicating findings to operational teams.
  • Identifying underperformance and optimization opportunities of operating assets leading to actionable recommendations.
  • Preparing reporting packages and deliverables to investors and lenders.
  • Working with operational teams to ensure delivery of key alerts and protect portfolios from operational risk.
  • Bolstering data infrastructure to isolate and investigate key performance drivers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field or relevant coursework.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
