Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development
    • Develop and roll-out a solid social media strategy, with strong content planning and storytelling frameworks on global social channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
    • Lead daily social operations across global social platforms ensuring timely content posting and fostering effective engagement with followers.
  • Ideation and Analysis
    • Lead the creation and execution of social media content, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives; collaborating cross-functionally with relevant teams.
    • Oversee community interactions by responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful engagement with our audience.
    • Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performances using tools like Falcon IO and Tableau.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management
    • Lead and develop a lean and mean global social marketing team.
    • Partner closely with HQ marketing functions to amplify key campaigns through social.
    • Ensure full visibility and clarity group-wide on global social initiatives by effectively coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced environment or global context.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A performance-driven attitude with a hunger and thirst for results.
