Marketing Communications Specialist Role

As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing engaging marketing campaigns that drive results. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your creativity, skills, and expertise in the field of marketing communications.

  • Create, launch, and monitor paid social media advertising campaigns across multiple regions to attract top talent to the organization.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to develop effective advertising strategies based on platform knowledge and market insights.
  • Manage assigned projects independently, ensuring timely completion and high-quality standards.
  • Analyze the efficiency of paid content types using key performance indicators.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to inform content creation and project development.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, launching, and monitoring paid social media advertising campaigns across multiple regions. They will work closely with regional teams to develop effective advertising strategies, manage assigned projects independently, analyze the efficiency of paid content types, and stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media marketing across multiple platforms. They will have knowledge of search engine optimization, content creation using Canva and CapCut, proofreading, and social media best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, flexibility during the creative process, and the ability to adjust priorities for business needs are also essential. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or a certificate from a creative design program, is required. Fluency in English is mandatory, and additional language proficiency is a plus.
