Senior Logistics Specialist Job Summary

Are you a logistics professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Senior Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and materials from suppliers to customers.


As a Senior Logistics Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective movement of goods. You will work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of logistics are running smoothly.


Responsibilities:

  • Import/Export Airfreight and Seafreight Management
  • Import and Export Booking and Registration
  • Understanding Booking Exceptions and Validating Shipping Line & Booking Instructions
  • Chasing Documents and Edoc/Uploading of Docs
  • Air and Sea Cargo Automation and Creation Underbond Movement
  • Bill of Lading Creation and Voyage Details Validation (via webtool)
  • Packing Details Update and Brokerage Job registration
  • ISF and AMS in USA, Shipment Billing and Posting, and Landed Costing
  • Email Inbox Management and Export Declaration, PRA
  • Vessel Management/Transshipment and Sending delivery orders to and arranging truckers
  • Following up to make sure freight is picked up and delivered and Billing out invoices to customers

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced logistics professional who has:

  • 3–4 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics (required)
  • Preferably a Licensed Customs Broker
  • Hands-on experience with import/export data entry
  • Graduate of BS Customs Administration or related program
  • Familiarity with CargoWise (a big advantage)
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM or more, with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
  • High computer literacy and MS Office proficiency
  • Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal
  • A proactive mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
