Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our operations team. This role involves responding to client health events, managing logistics for rescues and medical transfers, and traveling internationally to oversee patient relocation.


The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Paramedic, current licensure in good standing, and critical care paramedic/flight experience. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, basic computer skills, and a mission-focused orientation.


In this role, you will staff emergency access telephone lines, deploy domestically and internationally in support of medical evacuations, and perform medical logistics and research work. You will also contribute to staff development programs and improve team competencies in emergency response and evacuation protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Staff emergency hotlines in our operations centers to respond to client health events and other emergencies.
  • Manage and coordinate logistics for rescues and medical transfers from remote locations to hospitals (includes air, ground, sea, etc.).
  • Travel internationally to oversee and coordinate patient relocation, stabilization and monitoring.
  • Support security operations as requested.
  • Follow, maintain and improve departmental protocol, process and quality standards.
  • Research and maintain operations resources and databases.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to new and existing staff to ensure quality operations.
  • Actively contribute to staff development programs and improve team competencies in emergency response and evacuation protocols.

Requirements
  • Critical Care Paramedic/Flight experience/remote or wilderness medicine.
