Logistics Coordinator Job

As a seasoned logistics professional, you will oversee the final stage of order delivery to customers ensuring timely and accurate service.

This critical role requires strong organizational skills, experience in logistics, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate delivery schedules, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer support.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate last-mile delivery activities to ensure on-time and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Work with third-party couriers or in-house drivers to optimize delivery routes and improve efficiency.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns related to delivery timing, location, or item discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with customer service and logistics teams to provide real-time updates and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, delays, incidents, and other relevant data.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on delivery performance and key metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics, last-mile coordination, or delivery operations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive business insights.
  • Familiarity with logistics tools and tracking systems.
