Technical Customer Support Specialist

- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled customer support representative to join our team. As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues that users encounter while using our platform.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with help desk software and remote support tools is also advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist users by answering their questions coming through various channels
- Resolve customer queries, recommend solutions, and guide product users through features and functionalities
- Troubleshoot - Login issues, user-reported bugs/issues encountered while using the platform, billing/payment queries
- Manage multiple customer cases simultaneously and provide timely and accurate customer feedback
- Collaborate with technical and development teams to resolve platform-related problems
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science or information technology
- Experience with Intercom, Stripe/Paddle advantageous
- Prior experience in tech or web-based platform support
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid knowledge of the product and issues that commonly arise
