Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative professional to join our sales team as a Tech Automation Specialist. This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing our tech stack, including integrating systems such as CRM, Zapier, Once Hub, and dialer. You will work closely with the Director of Sales Ops to support the sales team's needs and ensure all marketing funnels and sales systems are working properly from a technical standpoint.

Key responsibilities include assisting in onboarding and setting up new accounts and sales reps, implementing and setting up new technology stacks, systems, and processes, communicating with the marketing team on lead flow initiatives, creating and managing tech integrations using Zapier, and building out automations and workflows in the CRM.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to build zaps in Zapier quickly and efficiently

  • Excellent knowledge of CRMs and ability to learn fast

  • Proficiency in building automations to create more efficient workflows

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in creative environments

  • Detail-oriented and organized
