Technical Support Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our team.

This role involves providing first-level technical support via phone, chat, or email to assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers via various channels.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues to resolve customer concerns.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and technical procedures to provide expert advice.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • A minimum age of 18 years is required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • A basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting principles is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities are essential.
  • Prior experience in tech support or IT helpdesk roles is a plus.
