Marketing Role Overview

Our client is expanding their team in various departments to support their strategy of becoming the go-to ecosystem for recruitment businesses.

The Marketing Executive will produce engaging content that resonates with the target audience, including SEO-focused content, social media updates, and reporting on the full marketing mix. Creativity and strong writing skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies that deliver objectives.
  • Support content calendar creation and distribution across all channels, including topic ideation, writing creative briefs for the Design team, and proposing accompanying copy.
  • Analyse and optimise campaigns.
  • Conduct research into industry trends, potential partners, and competitors.
  • Deliver cross-department marketing support, including sales, product, design, and customer success.
  • Support online and offline event planning.
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all messaging and visual media.
  • Report on campaign performance to the Marketing Manager through weekly check-ins and a monthly marketing report.
Requirements:

You'll need a strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels. Essential skills include:

  • Creatng optimised copy for various channels.
  • Leveraging AI to streamline work without overreliance, with an ability to craft human-centred copy.
  • PASSion for social media marketing and understanding how to get the best from each channel.
  • Taking an active interest in the latest marketing trends and campaigns.
  • Holding yourself to a high standard and taking pride in producing quality work.
  • Ability to analyse data and create recommendations and reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The confidence to ask questions where clarity is needed.
  • The willingness to learn and adapt your marketing skillset to the needs of a niche B2B industry.

While not essential, experience in the recruitment, finance, or tech industry, Google Search Console / Google Analytics, video editing, and creation would be beneficial.
