At RingCentral, we're seeking a bi-lingual Channel Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market execution of our co-branded partner products. This role offers a unique chance to transform the telecommunications market with a breakthrough cloud communications solution.

This individual will drive the delivery of our go-to-market strategy, messaging, content, activities, and marketing campaigns for the LATAM region. They will work closely with LATAM Global Service Provider (GSP) partners to develop and execute marketing activities in support of sales and partner objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in Channel Marketing, managing National Partners preferred. Bi-lingual skills in English and Spanish are essential, as is excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to travel approximately 25% is also required.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Demand Generation - Developing and executing marketing activities in support of sales and partner objectives.
  • Sales Enablement - Creating sales tools and training materials to empower sales teams.
  • Relationship Management - Building strong working relationships with LATAM service providers and partner teams.
  • Product Release and Launches - Leading the development and execution of comprehensive GTM plans.
  • Customer Marketing - Working with partners to develop customer case studies and testimonials.
  • Compete Analysis - Delivering competitive analysis on regional UC and CC markets.
