Benchmark 365 is looking for a proactive and personable Channel Growth Specialist to drive lead qualification, coordinate sales efforts, and strengthen channel relationships in the MSP/IT space.

You'll be the first point of contact for inbound leads, responsible for assessing fit, conducting discovery calls, identifying decision-makers, and qualifying opportunities for handover to the CEO. You'll also manage calendars, contracts, and CRM updates to ensure smooth transitions from lead to client.

In addition to inbound, you'll execute outbound prospecting, re-engage past leads, and represent the brand in forums and events. You'll work closely with marketing to share insights, refine messaging, and build community trust.

What You'll Do:

  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery outreach within 1 business day
  • Book and coordinate sales meetings for the CEO
  • Prepare and track contracts and ensure CRM (HubSpot) is always up to date
  • Execute outbound cadences and engage with the MSP community
  • Attend industry events and webinars on occasion
  • Report weekly activities and share prospect insights with marketing

  • Organized, articulate, and confident in both written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (like HubSpot)
  • Familiar with the MSP or IT channel (or eager to learn fast)
