As a Server Support Representative, you will work with various teams to ensure seamless customer support. We believe that open structures, a friendly working culture, and flat hierarchies foster a strong team spirit.

This role is ideal for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about troubleshooting, technology, and sales. You will be responsible for interacting with customers, improving performance based on feedback, and recommending solutions to customer issues.

Responsibilities
  • Main point of contact for customer support inquiries
  • Improve weekly and monthly performance metrics based on feedback from the Market Head of Server Operations
  • Proactively inform supervisors of support-related issues
  • Recommend solutions to customer concerns
  • Participate in coaching sessions and organizational activities
  • Interact with team members and other departments within the company
  • Provide excellent customer service and prioritize customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • At least 2nd year College Level or Graduate degree in IT or Computer Science
  • At least 6 months experience in sales/customer service and/or technical support
  • Knowledge of PHP, Webhosting, and WordPress Content Management System is an advantage
  • Knowledge of basic email client setup is an advantage
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Highly motivated and target-driven individual
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules
  • Solutions-oriented approach
