Project Manager - Agile Delivery Specialist

As a seasoned project manager, you will lead scrum teams in delivering high-quality projects on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Removing impediments and coaching teams in agile best practices to maintain velocity.
  • Presenting clear, jargon-free updates to stakeholders and maintaining an up-to-date record of scope, risks, and key decisions.
  • Planning, budgeting, and resourcing multiple concurrent workstreams, applying rigorous change control and ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Owning delivery metrics: monitoring margin, burn rate, and revenue recognition, and maintaining accurate forecast-to-complete data for every engagement.

Requirements:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) with 3–5 years' experience guiding agile teams.
  • Formal project management accreditation (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and familiarity with revenue recognition principles.
  • Proficient with PSA/PM and agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Confident communicator, comfortable with developers and executive stakeholders.
