Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead to spearhead Agile transformations across our organization. As a key member of our Technology team, you will drive the transition from Waterfall to Agile methodologies, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading Agile Transformation - Drive the adoption of Agile practices across departments.
  • Stakeholder Management - Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Project Experience Enhancement - Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies to deliver exceptional project experiences.
  • Team Leadership - Mentor and coach teams in Agile principles, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous growth.
  • Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring - Track and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading Agile transformations and transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional project experiences through effective leadership and process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
