Agile Delivery Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Agile Delivery Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

  • As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • You will facilitate agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or Lean, to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Your focus will be on removing impediments, coaching teams in best practices, and maintaining velocity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, budget, and resource multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Apply rigorous change control and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Own delivery P&L: monitor margin, burn rate, and revenue recognition.
  • Maintain accurate forecast-to-complete data for every engagement.

Requirements:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) with 3–5 years' experience guiding agile teams.
  • Formal project management accreditation (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and familiarity with revenue recognition principles.
  • Proficient with PSA/PM and agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Confident communicator, comfortable with developers and C-suite stakeholders.
