Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to facilitate project delivery, remove impediments, and coach teams in agile best practices. This role will maintain velocity and ensure successful project outcomes.

In addition to agile leadership, this role will also require strong stakeholder communication skills, presenting clear, jargon-free updates to executives and clients. The successful candidate will maintain an up-to-date record of scope, risks, and key decisions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with project management, planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent workstreams. They will apply rigorous change control and ensure SLA compliance.

This role will also involve commercial oversight, owning delivery P&L: monitoring margin, burn rate, and revenue recognition. The candidate will maintain accurate forecast-to-complete data for every engagement.

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) with 3–5 years' experience guiding agile teams is required.
  • Formal project management accreditation (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent) is also necessary.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and familiarity with revenue recognition principles are essential.
  • Proficiency with PSA/PM and agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) is a must.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable with developers and C-suite stakeholders, are required.
