About the role

Ascendion is seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As an IT Delivery Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of IT projects within our Banking division. This is a full-time position offering opportunities for professional growth and development.What you'll be doing

Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and identify and mitigate risks. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.

Provide regular progress reports and updates to key stakeholders, escalating issues and proposing solutions as needed. Implement and maintain robust project management processes and best practices. Lead and mentor a team of project coordinators and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation to drive efficiency and enhance project delivery. What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Delivery Manager or Project Manager in the banking or financial services sector. Proven track record of successfully managing the delivery of complex IT projects, from initiation to closure. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, and the ability to adapt your approach as needed.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with business and IT stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in the use of project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello. A collaborative and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with banking and financial services regulations and compliance requirements. What we offer
