Job Summary
  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure seamless collaboration and project delivery.
  • Guide Teams with Agile Principles: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within teams by mentoring and coaching on Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with stakeholders to remove impediments, ensure team productivity, and promote transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor Progress: Report and track team progress against project goals and timelines to guarantee successful outcomes.

A successful Scrum Master should possess:

  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies, especially in the Scrum framework.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry's technology landscape.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and removing impediments for teams.
