Lead Email Operations Specialist

This is a highly skilled role that offers a fast-paced environment, significant responsibilities, and opportunities to contribute to the success of our email marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, a strong communicator, well-organized, and able to work hard to achieve goals.

As an Email Solutions Specialist, you will support our team in various duties, including email campaign organization and marketing strategy development.

You will be responsible for providing guidance on best practices, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with IP management, authentication protocols, and sender reputation monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and optimize email campaigns using our platform.
  • Provide guidance on email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management and authentication.
  • Troubleshoot email-related issues and educate clients on compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.
  • Manage visual email automation workflows and create documentation to enhance user adoption and success.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.
  • Present and discuss email marketing campaign reports with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in email operations, deliverability, or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols, and sender reputation.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.
  • Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services.
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
