Job DescriptionThis is a highly sought-after role in the industry, offering an opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization and contribute to its growth.
As an Email Deliverability Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and solving delivery and deliverability challenges, as well as assisting with blocklists, spam traps, and issues with ISPs. You will also help produce schedules for email warmup and monitor their progress, while monitoring Hero email metrics and helping improve their sending reputations.
Key Responsibilities- Research and solve delivery and deliverability challenges for Heroes.
- Assist Heroes with blocklists, spam traps, and issues with ISPs.
- Help Heroes produce schedules for email warmup and monitor their progress.
- Monitor Hero email metrics and help improve their sending reputations.
- Customer-facing experience.
- Hands-on research and diagnostic skills, including querying datasets and examining third-party insights.
- Familiarity with third-party email deliverability tools.
- Basic understanding of authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Understanding of global privacy and anti-spam laws (GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- Strong empathy for Heroes and passion for revenue and growth.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
