Job DescriptionThe Reservation Admin will manage reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction by receiving and processing requests, confirming details, and updating systems accordingly. This role involves collaborating with other departments to provide a smooth reservation experience.
- Manage reservations: receive and process requests via phone, email, or online platforms, confirm details with customers, update systems, and communicate changes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction: respond promptly to inquiries and concerns, provide personalized service, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct quality assurance tests: collaborate with the QA team, develop testing procedures, conduct regular tests, document results, and recommend improvements.
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Reservation Admin with QA expertise, accounting knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation management systems. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess good problem-solving skills.
- Any accounting-related field of study
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a reservation or customer service role in the hospitality industry
- Proven experience as a QA Specialist
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
