Our organization seeks a meticulous Property Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide general administrative support
- Process invoices using designated software (training provided)
- Respond to email correspondence and notify tenants of rent increases
- Coordinate property viewings and assist potential tenants
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of office experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
