We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in Accounting and Business Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring business listings, reaching out to business sellers via calls and emails, and providing administrative support.

  • Monitor and manage business listings across various platforms.
  • Communicate with business sellers through professional calls and emails.
  • Draft, proofread, and send correspondence with flawless English grammar and tone.
  • Assist with daily administrative and executive support tasks.
  • Handle Accounts Payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment scheduling.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping tasks as required.
  • Prepare reports, maintain organized documentation, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in an accounting firm or similar role is highly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes is essential.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is necessary.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or business listing platforms is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other productivity tools is essential.
