Construction Project Manager

The primary goal of this position is to oversee residential roofing projects from initiation to completion.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and Management: Plan, schedule, and supervise multiple roofing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors and crews to guarantee compliance with company protocols.
  • Quality Control: Organize post-job quality assessments to verify the successful execution of projects.
  • Project Tracking: Utilize CRM and project management tools to monitor job progress, materials, and delivery schedules.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain open communication with homeowners, providing regular updates and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Promptly resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of job activities for reporting and auditing purposes.
