Senior Roofing Operations Manager

This is a highly organized and motivated leadership role that oversees residential roofing projects from start to finish, focusing on efficient project delivery, team management, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to lead our roofing operations team, utilizing their expertise in project planning, scheduling, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee multiple roofing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Manage subcontractors and crews to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Schedule post-job quality checks to maintain exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Track materials, delivery schedules, and job progress using CRM and project management tools for accurate reporting and decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners, providing updates and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
  • Resolve issues or delays quickly and efficiently, minimizing disruption to projects and customers.
  • Maintain accurate job records for reporting, audits, and performance analysis.
Requirements
  • Must be proficient in speaking and writing English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Must have relevant construction management experience, preferably in roofing operations.
  • Must be comfortable leading teams and communicating with customers, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong follow-through, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
