We are seeking a skilled individual with experience in marketing automation, workflow optimization, and CRM platforms to handle technical inquiries, manage member accounts, create automations, and design landing pages.

  • Set up, launch, and monitor cold email campaigns using Instantly.ai.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n.io and other tools.
  • Generate targeted lead lists using Apollo.io based on the client's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Troubleshoot deliverability issues, API errors, and automation bugs.
  • Sync leads and actions across platforms like Instantly, Apollo, n8n, and the client's CRM.
  • Keep systems organized and documented.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automations and workflow optimization, as well as excellent communication skills to clearly explain tech setups and maintain process documentation.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical or marketing automation role.
  • Proficiency in Go High Level, n8n, Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, Zapier, and Make.com.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or HighLevel.
  • Background in outbound sales, B2B environments, and managing cold email campaigns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for debugging tools and streamlining processes.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to take initiative without constant oversight.
