IT Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful IT Operations Specialist to support and streamline our operations through system maintenance, automation, and troubleshooting across various platforms.

- Build and manage workflow automations using Zapier">
- Support and configure Airtable bases, views, automations, and permission settings">
- Collaborate with developers on advanced workflows and integrations using Zapier and N8n">
- Maintain syncing and data integrity between Salesforce and Airtable">
- Provide tech support for Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive) including access and permission issues">
- Offer general technical assistance across teams and departments">
- Document internal systems and help optimize workflows">
