Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Financial Services Representative who can develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and excellent communication skills.

The Client Relationship Specialist will be responsible for soliciting new accounts and deepening existing relationships to generate targeted sales volume or assets under management (AUM) and revenues/income for the bank.

In this role, you will:

  • Solicit new accounts and develop/deepen existing accounts in order to generate and meet targeted sales volume or assets under management (AUM) and revenues/income for the bank.
  • Develop and maintain a good network of prospective clients and referrals and systematically plan and schedule calls/visits.
  • Conduct regular client calls and visits to identify clients' investment needs and service requirements and to also explore other opportunities for growth.
  • Establish clients' investment needs profile, anticipate clients' needs, and create opportunities to sell more products and services.

You will ensure proper, complete, and regular up-to-date client information as required in account opening documents, risk profile, and other transaction documentation. You will also ensure that all bank and government regulations are followed, including Know Your Client (KYC) and AMLA.

  • At least a 4-year graduate on any business-related degree.
