Job Overview

The Property Management Team is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support and services to maximize client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, escalating issues when necessary, and managing maintenance requests through a property management software. The successful candidate will also schedule routine inspections, arrange lease renewals, and follow up on reminders and tasks in the software. Additional duties include entering new managements into the system, organizing redirects of invoices, and processing incoming invoices for trust accounts.

Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in property management support or a related field
  • Proficiency with property management software and standard office tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, renters, landlords, and tradespeople
  • High attention to detail, particularly with compliance documents, bonds, and lease renewals
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to escalate issues appropriately
  • Team player with a proactive approach and willingness to provide backup support
