Job Title: Property Asset Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to support our leadership team in the management of properties worldwide. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing high-level executive support, including calendar management, email correspondence, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage property listings, prepare contracts, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage social media campaigns and track client interactions.
  • Answer and manage client phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries or routing them to the appropriate person.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in handling client and tenant phone calls.
  • Actual experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and/or property management systems (preferred).
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
