Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Whitestone Holdings. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, assisting with recruitment efforts, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for new employees.

This is a full-time role located in Taguig, and the ideal candidate will have previous experience in HR or a related field. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential for success in this position.

The Human Resources Assistant will work closely with HR managers to develop and implement effective HR strategies, manage employee records, and maintain accurate data within HR databases.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and offer letters.
  • Onboarding: Help new employees with paperwork and introductions to the company.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee files and update HR databases.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Assist with payroll preparation, track benefits, and answer employee questions.

In addition to these responsibilities, the HR Assistant will also provide general administrative support to the HR department, including handling paperwork, meetings, and reports.
