We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Broker Assistant to join our team at AS White Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to finance brokers, processing client documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the loan application process.
Responsibilities
- Process client documentation into CRM systems, maintaining organized filing systems.
- Ensure accurate data entry in CRM and other systems.
- Order property valuations and loan pricing through lender portals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within Mortgage industries.
