As a Lead Generation Media Buyer, you will be responsible for running paid ad campaigns on various platforms to generate qualified leads for real estate funnels. This role requires a performance-driven approach, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-lead (CPL), monthly qualified leads (MQL), sales qualified leads (SQL), and return on investment (ROI).

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in performance marketing and lead generation, with hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads. Additionally, experience in real estate or other high-ticket industries is a significant advantage.

This full-time role involves launching, managing, and scaling campaigns across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will optimize campaigns daily to hit lead and revenue targets, run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and targeting, and collaborate with design and copy teams to brief and test high-converting ads.

You will also be responsible for monitoring funnel performance metrics, reporting weekly with insights, and providing actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance.
