Design Lead - User Interface

  • Map out user journeys through wireframes, site maps, and user flows to clarify and communicate design intentions and workflows.
  • Bring designs to life by creating interactive experiences that validate design concepts and refine user flows based on real feedback.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: A solid track record as a UI Designer with a great portfolio showing off your best UI design work.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
  • Design Systems: Familiarity with design systems and the ability to add your own touch and make them better.
  • Prototyping: Ability to bring ideas to life with interactive prototypes using tools like InVision, Marvel, or Figma.
  • Documentation: Great at drawing up wireframes, plotting site maps, and planning out user flows.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with developers and product managers.
  • Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for details and a focus on crafting flawless design solutions.
  • Additional Skills: Strong skills in motion animation and illustration to create engaging and delightful moments for users.
