About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative UI UX Designer to join our team and work on impactful digital design projects that shape user experiences. As a lead designer, you will be responsible for driving projects from concept to completion, collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders to uncover requirements, design effective solutions, and guide developers through the build, testing, and rollout stages.

You'll take the lead in:

  • Driving projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver innovative solutions
  • Designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for a variety of clients, using tools like Figma
  • Leading educated UX discussions with clients and stakeholders, justifying and articulating design decisions
  • Implementing feedback from stakeholders and working collaboratively with the development team to handover designs and test completed products
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in UI design, with at least 1 year leading projects from start to finish
  • Expert-level skills in Figma, including preparing designs for handover to developers and creating prototypes that help clients visualize and understand the design
  • A good understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CMS and working with templates or themes
  • Experience in designing consumer-facing websites and apps
