We are seeking a skilled Patient Services Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring that patients receive timely and accurate information regarding their accounts. The representative will be responsible for addressing patient queries, resolving concerns, and collecting outstanding balances in a professional and respectful manner.
- Address patient inquiries via phone according to established procedures and standards.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to patients regarding their accounts.
- Collect outstanding balances from patients in a courteous and respectful manner.
- Collaborate with third-party entities to resolve account discrepancies.
This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a college degree or at least 2 years of college education, with relevant degrees and courses in the medical field being highly valued.
