The role of Business Development Manager is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to take their careers to the next level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities across Asia.
About the Role- You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute business development strategies that expand our client base and increase overall trading volume.
- Identify and target new business opportunities with institutional clients, professional traders, IBs, and affiliates.
- Developing Business Growth Strategies: Develop and execute business development plans to expand our client base and increase revenue.

- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to drive long-term business growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and market demand.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive developments, and areas for growth.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, onboarding, and account management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies when conducting business development activities.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the brand and develop new business opportunities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Work closely with senior management to report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and market intelligence.
- At least 5 years of experience in FX, commodities, and/or CFD brokerage space with a proven track record in BD/IB development.
- Solid understanding of derivative products, trading platforms, and brokerage models.
- Established network of institutional clients, introducing brokers, and affiliates.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and market research skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment while consistently meeting business development targets.
- Strict adherence to regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements within the brokerage industry.
