
Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients within target industries and personas to align with the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Execute personalized, compelling outreach through emails and LinkedIn messages based on prospect research and strategic campaign guidance.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business challenges and determine if the company's solutions are a potential fit.
- Schedule introductory meetings or calls between qualified prospects and the Sales Team.
- Track and log all outreach activities, prospect interactions, and lead information in the CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales role, preferably within the software/technology industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive outreach.
- Strong research skills to effectively personalize outreach.
- Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude in handling rejection.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume outreach across multiple channels.
